who I am

Roman by birth, Milanese by adoption, in 2020 I decided to leave the world of conventional design for an extremely intimate and authentic craftsmanship.

A project born from the encounter between precious materials and confidential stories, a story that, thanks to the artisanal gesture, becomes an object to be touched and worn, imbued with experience and meaning.

Posso ordinare durante la chiusura del laboratorio?

Sì, il sito è aperto e puoi ordinare in qualsiasi momento.

Gli ordini ricevuti tra l'8 e il 15 giugno verranno confermati regolarmente. La lavorazione inizierà il 16 giugno, quando il banchetto riprende.

Quando verrà realizzato il mio ordine se acquisto tra l'8 e il 15 giugno?

Ogni pezzo nasce al banchetto, fatto a mano, su ordine — e il tuo non fa eccezione. 🤍
Dalla riapertura, ci vogliono 2 giorni per forgiarlo con cura.

Quanto tempo ci vorrà per riceverlo?

Dalla ripresa del laboratorio il 16 giugno: 2 giorni di lavorazione artigianale, poi 48 ore per la consegna.

Stima di arrivo per gli ordini ricevuti durante la pausa: intorno al 20 giugno.

What does 12K laminate mean? Is it plated?

NO, laminated is more durable than plated because it has a thick 12K gold foil on its outside.

What materials are the jewels made of?

925 silver wire , a noble material made of 92.5% silver

12K gold-plated wire , consisting of a solid gold coating that's heat-applied to a metal base such as copper or brass. It's available in yellow gold and rose gold finishes.

9K gold wire is an alloy composed of 37.5% pure gold and 62.5% other metals, available in a yellow gold finish.

18K gold wire is an alloy composed of 75% gold and 25% other metals, available in a yellow gold finish.

What does it mean that metal is recycled?

All our suppliers either recycle their precious metal scrap using silver and gold from jewelry, source their materials from recycled metal refineries, or use companies certified as members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

Currently, demand for precious metals exceeds global production, and resources are finite. Furthermore, mining has a negative impact on the environment and simultaneously poses health and social problems.
One solution to change this is to recycle unused gold and silver, as both materials can be melted down an infinite number of times without losing their quality.

I got the jewelry size wrong, how can I fix it?

You can purchase after-sales service .

We'll arrange for the jewelry to be picked up at your home, take care of the sizing, and return shipping.

What is the return policy?

Customized products are never returned unless the product is obviously defective (Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).

For all other products, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you may request a return within 14 days of the order being delivered by sending an email to ciao@tramegioielli.it, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
Returns are also accepted if you received your order in poor condition; in this case, we recommend taking a photo of the outer packaging before opening it to check what's inside.

It is essential that returned products are in perfect condition, without obvious signs of use, in their original packaging, and complete in all their parts; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, we will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

The shipping costs incurred for returning the products are borne by the customer.
